Dessert was Liew Lian everything – Mousse Cake/Pudding/Tart/Waffle/BoBoChaCha/Shortbread

Durian Mousse Cake. Look at the heart shape strawberry. Who will have the heart to devour it?

Focus on the bowl with yellow cream. Its durian pudding that packs a punch. The durian taste explodes in your mouth the second you savour it. There’s real durian fruit bits in it for added bite.

My love making ai xin pai popiah for me. Not without blunders. First, he forgot to spread the sauce on the skin. Then, pops a hole. He had to use another piece of popiah skin to cover it up. Lastly, he cut it way too thick! Still, I appreciate the effort, snookums. *Learnt appreciation skills from C*

Every year, I’ll look forward to July for its liew lian. I so love liew lian! Time to organise durian outing with my poly mates. Its unbelievable but we make it a point to meet once every July for the past 4 years just to eat liew lian! Liew lian, here I come!!!
