Some alcohol to kickstart the evening. It’s supposed to be a premium wine but taste flat. Thankfully, we did not order an entire bottle of it.

Caviar with sweet egg(tamago?) and pancake. The sweet and salty taste goes harmoniously well together.

You can never guess what is this by looking at it. It’s foie gras! Veronique of Foie Gras. Executed to perfection. Sweet+savory makes a good marriage as well.

The 3 pieces of truffle butter made this dish interesting. Has a strong wild mushroom taste but somewhat too “foamy”. Definitely homemade.

Lime Souffle with fresh strawberry toppings to refresh. Hubby loves this! It’s easy on the tastebuds.

Each time I head to a french/italian restaurant, I will scorn the entire menu for Duck Confit. This sucks compared to the one that Preggo serves. I should have ordered the lobster pasta. No doubt the skin is crispy, the meat was tough. I think 烧鸭 tastes a lot better. The sauce that accompanied tasted like hoisin. So very wrong.

Hubby loves the balsamic vinegar used for the salad. The kitchen staff oblidged by telling us the brand is ACETO. Gotta go get it. He had the lamb rack which was fantastic! But I did not manage to get a decent shot. $49.90 on menu. It’s a lot cheaper if you order the set menu for the lamb rack.

This dessert is to die for! Inside this chocolate crust lies a molten of liquid chocolate. Not called Valrhona Molten Chocolate for nothing. Say, did they really use Valrhona chocolate? Taste very much like it. Valrhona is way better than Godiva chocolate. Flavours in the first mouthful explode like fireworks. The warm chocolate flowing down your throat is quite a sensation. But its too rich to be savoured alone, so share it. The mandarin orange jam is fabulous!

Overall, I give this dining experience 6/10. Not fantastic french food, but you pay for what you get. Nice ambience, GOOD SERVICE, good portioning. Oh, if you want to take a group photo, you have better luck asking a fellow diner. It appears the server have unsteady hands. Remember to turn to flash mode.
