Oktoberfest is the yearly German affair to celebrate the traditional Bavarian harvest festival. For me, it is simply food and beer galore! Bratwurst sausages, sauerkraut(pickled cabbage), roast oxtails, fried pork knuckles, kasespatzle(cheese noodles) here I come!
